Dashboard
The Dashboard is the agent-level operating view for live support health.
Agent-scoped view
Dashboard metrics and links apply to the currently selected agent. Use Organization Workspace for cross-agent management, billing, and team settings.
What You Can See
The Dashboard brings the most common health signals into one page:
- total conversations and message volume
- live active conversations
- average AI latency and retrieval latency
- satisfaction score and rating count
- conversation, active-user, and latency trends
- system status
- a BYOK evaluation banner when it applies
Use the 24h, 7d, and 30d controls to switch between immediate operations and longer-term trends.
Learn The Dashboard Guide
New operators may see a dismissible guide with links to:
- Sources
- Playground
- Widget
- Analytics
These links point to the pages most teams use after setup. Sources define what the agent knows, Playground tests behavior, Widget launches the web channel, and Analytics explains what changed after launch.
How To Use It Well
Start with live load
Check Active Now before making changes that could affect users. If active traffic is high, test changes in Playground first and save production changes only when you are ready.
Watch latency after changes
Retrieval settings, tools, MCP servers, and model choices can affect response time. If average AI latency moves sharply, open Analytics for the deeper breakdown.
Pair satisfaction with conversations
A low rating count is noisy. Compare satisfaction with real Conversations, Feedbacks, and recent prompt or source changes.
Keep billing separate
The Dashboard can show account-level notices such as BYOK evaluation status, but spend analysis lives in Usage & Costs and plan management lives in Billing.
Daily Operator Check
- look at active conversations
- scan AI latency and satisfaction for sudden change
- open one or two real conversations if something moved unexpectedly
- jump to Analytics only when the dashboard suggests a real trend or spike
