Submit A Request
Open Support from the dashboard navigation, then choose Submit request. On mobile, support is available from the shared help menu.
Describe what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected. Include relevant agent or page context when it helps explain the problem, and review that context before submitting.
Keep credentials out of your request
Do not include passwords, API keys, access tokens, or private configuration. Describe a credential problem without sharing the credential itself.
Manual support is available to every active organization member. It does not require a selected agent or access to Copilot.
Privacy And Organization Context
Your requests are visible to you and authorized Kravos staff. Other members of your organization cannot read them, even if they are organization admins. This is private support, not a public forum.
Requests belong to the organization where you submitted them. Switching organizations changes which requests you see. Access requires a current active membership in that organization.
Replies And Status
Open a request to read the conversation and reply. Messages identify whether they came from you or Kravos staff.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | The request is open for support to review. |
| In progress | Staff are working on the request. |
| Waiting on you | Staff need more information from you. |
| Resolved | Staff have marked the request as resolved. |
You can reply in any status. Replying to a waiting or resolved request reopens it, so you do not need to create a second ticket to continue the same issue.
Staff replies and status updates create private in-app notifications for the submitter. They are not broadcast to your organization. Support does not promise email delivery or a fixed response time.
Ask Copilot To Draft A Ticket
When Copilot is available, ask it to prepare a support ticket about a Kravos problem. It can summarize the issue and propose the subject, message, and relevant context.
Review the proposed ticket, then confirm if you want it submitted. A draft does not submit a ticket, and Copilot cannot approve its own proposal. After successful submission, the result includes a real ticket number and a link to the same support history used by the manual form.
Copilot does not automatically attach your full conversation or credentials. Ask it to revise the draft if it includes anything you do not want to share with support.
Failed Submissions
If submission fails, keep the draft and retry from the same form. Retrying unchanged content uses the same submission identity, preventing duplicate requests if a successful response was lost.
If a request cannot be loaded, check that you are in the organization where you submitted it. Requests belonging to another user or organization are not exposed.
